The bright & spacious open plan living area is beautifully decorated in a contemporary Moroccan style. The central feature of the room is the tadelakt fireplace, around which the main seating is positioned.

The living room opens onto the dining area & the TV room, with the option of closing the large wooden doors to each section to privatise the living space, which is especially beneficial in wintertime when the chimney is lit. The third opening to the main entrance hall is doorless but is decorated with heavy velvet curtains that can be left open or closed as required.

This elegant dining area offers seating comfortably for 10 people. Storage space for diningware is provided in the two wenge wooden sideboards with direct access to the kitchen.

The good-sized kitchen can be accessed both via the dining room & also the side of the house directly. Attached to the kitchen is a separate pantry.
The modern kitchen units are a mix of white doors & dark brown drawers with granite workstops in white & bordeaux. The main walls are painted & the splash areas are colourfully tiled. A small wooden table with 4 chairs provides both an eating area & additional food preparation space. Kitchen appliances include an electric oven; a microwave; a gas hobb with extractor fan; an American fridge freezer & a dishwasher.
The pantry contains a washing machine, ironing board & iron, & cupboards for storage.
The swimming pool is at the heart of the garden to the back of the house & is 12mx5m & 1m50 at the deepest point. The pool is treated with salt (& topped up with chlorine during hottest periods of the year). There is an electric pump to heat the pool during winter months along with a manual cover that be can be used at night to retain heat.
The terraced pool area is enclosed with wraught iron decorative fencing for child security & is furnished with sun loungers: 2 double sun loungers & 4 single ones. 3 parasols are also available. Coloured Led lighting light the inside of the pool for nightime swimmers.
Lucious gardens surround the front, back & sides of the house. Most of the garden area is lawn with a large number of trees, flowers & plants including: palm trees; cacti; fruit trees (pears, apples, oranges, figs, lemons, olives, pomegranite...); roses and so on.
A small swing & slide area is available for younger children & a gazebo with seating & tables is found opposite the pool. Outdoor lighting can be used in the evenings & highlights a number of palm & olive trees & the gazebo, as well as the house itself.
The large outdoor terrace stretches the length of the back of the house and is split into two areas: a salon & a dining area.
The dining area comprises a rectangular glass covered table which seats 10 people. The salon seats 12 & includes a large coffee table & two small squares tables (all protected by glass), and a set of three rectangular, zellige nest tables. Outdoor lighting is provided by two separate chandelier like lights, as well as side lights & spotlights at floor level. Electricity points are available in both areas.
The terrace views are of the pool & gardens.
The roof terrace is the perfect winter haven. An elevated platform with a fixed frame & shade ensures the best views of the Atlas mountains & the sunsets. The salon comprises 2 armchairs & a three seater sofa; a sun lounger; a coffee table; & a side table. Electricity points are available as well as lighting.
The main garage has two electric doors with space for one car & a golf cart. An extra open car park space is available with a shaded roof (car and Golf cart not included!). Behind the garage is an additional locked room for storage. The water reservoir is also in this area & is used to ensure both water pressure & water availablity in case of a short interruption in water supply.
An additional room is accessible from the front of the house via its own door, with a shower & toilet as well as a small salon & table: this is currently used for employees.
The main first floor balcony houses a small room with toilet & sink & a basic wooden bed. This can be used for additional storage or for an employee should they need to sleep over.
The house is proctected by an alarm system with video surveillance; as well as smoke & gas alarms.
